Our old program has been transformed into our CSR deparment (Asistencia Directa – AD). The main objective is to really get closer to the producers and cooperate in their development, in search of the best coffees in the province of La Convención, Cusco, and at the same time, find solutions and opportunities in benefit of their quality of life. We are looking for with our field visits is to know the situation of our producers and to be a truly collaborative hand strengthen their experience, knowledge and willingness to work. We verify that they are working with security measures for the field and, for them, we audit that they keep in compliance with the requirements of the certifiers; we always seeking to optimize the quality of their products so that they receive higher income.

Our CSR deparment (Asistencia Directa – AD) has various programs that generate synergies within different processes of the coffee production chain. What we do is to be true allies at work, to advise, accompany, train and guide. In addition, our main objective is to get closer to producers and find solutions and opportunities that benefit their quality of life and that of their families; following the principles of the Organic and Rainforest Alliance certifications. In this way, advisory and training services related, to social responsibility and work welfare, are being created aimed at improving the quality of coffee.
