INFRASTRUCTURE
We have two collection centers and one processing plant. The first collection center is located in La Convención valley in Quillabamba in the Cusco region (south of Peru). The second one is located in Satipo in the Junín region (Center of Peru). Our process plant is strategically located in Lima, the capital of Peru, which allows to accelerate the process from the port of Callao.
FOOD SECURITY AND TRACEABILITY
In AICASA, we guarantee our products thanks to traceability. This has a fundamental role in food safety and allows us to be informed about the origin of each bag of coffee, the agricultural treatment during picking, packaging and storage.
