Since the end of the nineties, AICASA has been actively participating in programs for the development of coffee production general. Our combined efforts with other supporters have allowed us to show positive results in regions where we work.

In order to continue contributing we developed our corporate social responsability area, called Direct Assistance, designed to work hand in hand with producers to develop the best coffees in La Convencion – Cusco.

Our CSR deparment (Asistencia Directa – AD) has various programs that generate synergies within different processes of the coffee production chain.

What we do is to be true allies at work, to advise, accompany, train and guide. In addition, our main objective is to get closer to producers and find solutions and opportunities that benefit their quality of life and that of their families; following the principles of the Organic and Rainforest Alliance certifications.

In this way, advisory and training services related, to social responsibility and work welfare, are being created aimed at improving the quality of coffee.
